The Whitehall Mission statement reads, “We, as a team of educators, believe that all children can learn”. Education is something we all share. We value it. We know how important it is to our community, our nation, and our world. Education is the most important factor in allowing us to lead successful, quality lives.

Working collaboratively, incorporating the Core Content Curriculum Standards, technology, and human resources the children of the Cecil community excel.

As a community, we work together constantly to provide the best educational opportunities possible for our students. The true measure of our achievement is the success of each student.
